Julie Sanders from Lee Memorial Health System's leadership training department will share how she and her colleague Rebecca Ruding put together a 4-hour workshop in less than one week, using tools from the internet such as YouTube and Google!

Come prepared to experience Rapid Instructional Design using all 5 senses!

About the Facilitator: 

Julie Sanders has been a practicing Training and Development professional for more than 20 years.  She spent much of her career at American International Group, Inc. (AIG), an insurance organization serving customers in more than 100 countries.  At AIG, she worked on large-scale leadership development and change management initiatives across multiple geographic locations.  She has an MBA from Baylor University in Texas.

Recently she has done curriculum design work for the oil and gas industry, and has developed e-learning courses for one of the largest hospital systems in Houston.

Currently she is a Leadership Development Specialist for Lee Memorial Health System in Fort Myers, Florida.
