More and more organization stakeholders are asking for measurements of the effectiveness of training, presented in a way that meaningful decisions can be made in a timely fashion.  Join the September 16, 2015 ATD Southwest Florida lunch meeting with Shawn Overcast, a leader in workforce and talent analytics, and learn about how to connect people processes to business impact.

Shawn Overcast is a Managing Consultant, Metrics That Matter, CEB. She has Extensive experience in complex human capital departments spanning a variety of sectors and industries, working across scale of small-mid size companies and global, F100 organizations interested in developing the capability of internal employee base, or external customer population. Values building strong client relationships, with proven ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels to develop strategic and tactical solutions for critical business objectives.
