Measuring the impact of training has never been more important, yet resources to prepare, gather and analyze data are scarce. This meeting will explore hardware, software, and design ideas that might help get the results trainers need.

Participants will be able to:

  • Identify tools for the four levels of evaluation
  • Design low-maintenance evaluation sheets
  • Differentiate between subjective and objective evaluation
  • Prepare a KPI training report
