Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee welcomes Southwest’s Florida’s Chapter of the Association for Talent Development on June 15th, 2016 from 2:00 pm-5:00 pm.

During this session the chapter members will be introduced to the Seminole culture and how Seminole Gaming became the enterprise it is today. Edward, a tribal member, will talk more in depth about the Seminole culture and growth opportunities available for the Seminole tribe; he will be available for questions.

Executives from the Immokalee team will briefly introduce themselves and will open the panel discussion to answer any questions from the ATD Chapter. The executives have a long history of growth through the casino and hotel industry. The team will share their leadership experience and training values with the audience.

Following the panel discussion, Erin and her team will share an overview of the Seminole Casino Hotel leadership program which includes their leadership academy. They will talking about how they are using eLearning, follow ups, in-house messaging, and orientation to produce a well-trained and motivated work force.
