Session Description

Most people attend the training course and get the information.  The question becomes, did they get anything other than information?  In this seminar, we will discuss how to create a training environment where a person’s knowledge as well as performance can be enhanced through coaching methodologies.

Facilitator: Brian Willett

Brian Willett is the Vice President of Operations for Dale Carnegie Training of Southwest, Florida.  Brian creates increased profits and increased results for companies through development and coaching of teams and individuals within a business. Brian holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) as well as several certifications through Dale Carnegie Training and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching.
