Success! Facing and overcoming impossible challenges in Training and Development with a Geographically Dispersed Workforce.
Training and development is an essential part of any organization – we know that – it’s never easy. At 21st Century Oncology, we step it up – make it much harder than it normally is – by having a diverse workforce that is spread throughout the country. The good news is, we are succeeding! In this session we will share our secrets to success – we will challenge you to find ways to use your existing resources to ensure your own success, and we will talk about your unique challenges and seek solutions.
You’ll leave this session able to:
Understand common challenges you face when your workforce is not in one place
Identify existing resources that become solutions
Relate to lessons learned and apply them to your challenges
Janner Holiday spent the first 25 years of his professional life understanding, evaluating and managing risk for insurance companies domestically and internationally. Over time he began to share his knowledge, locally and then nationally and then one day the light went on … What makes Janner, Janner? Helping people be better, at everything, and then he jumped ship. Since then he has worked at designing, implementing and managing programs, initiatives and projects that help people become better, at everything.
He has a Bachelor’s that focused on Strategic Human Resource Management and is finishing his Master’s focused on Management and Leadership. He has worked within risk, software, banking, consulting, telecommunications and now healthcare … the last is by far the most meaningful to him. He asks "Why" constantly and tries to see things differently, a different view is a different perspective … and a different perspective can change your beliefs.
