Janner Holiday spent the first 25 years of his professional life understanding, evaluating and managing risk for insurance companies domestically and internationally. Over time he began to share his knowledge, locally and then nationally and then one day the light went on … What makes Janner, Janner? Helping people be better, at everything, and then he jumped ship. Since then he has worked at designing, implementing and managing programs, initiatives and projects that help people become better, at everything.
He has a Bachelor’s that focused on Strategic Human Resource Management and is finishing his Master’s focused on Management and Leadership. He has worked within risk, software, banking, consulting, telecommunications and now healthcare … the last is by far the most meaningful to him. He asks "Why" constantly and tries to see things differently, a different view is a different perspective … and a different perspective can change your beliefs.
