The Association of Talent Development (ATD) invites everyone interested in learning and development to join us on May 15, 2019 at Holiday Inn- Airport for a fun, relaxed evening as we offer a different program experience that is sure to help you be more effective in your role. Whether you work as a talent development or HR professional in an organization, or on your own, we have planned an event that will offer remarkable learning and discussion opportunities.
Four topics will be featured and these happen to be those identified as the four topics of greatest interest to our own members! The format will allow you to learn from industry experts, ask questions to fit your needs, and share your expertise with others. And, you won’t have to choose – you will have an opportunity to participate in all four topic discussions.

Charles W. Moore is a U.S. Army veteran with more than 20 years training and organizational development experience in both the military and corporate America. He previously worked with Humana as a Learning Consultant, NTT Data Consulting as a Principal Consultant in project and program management, and Farm Credit Mid-America as Senior Learning Program Manager in Organizational Development. He is currently self-employed as a Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant.
Paloma Tweet is an instructional design and technology expert with extensive experience using various technologies to make the learning experience accessible and engaging. She works with leading organizations to desig and implement learning strategies that meet organizational needs, develop their workforce and take advantage of the latest 21st century learning technology.
Victoria Minervini is a facilitation expert with a heart for people. She embraces the opportunity to help students on their career and life’s journey. She has been leading students by designing and facilitating training at the Lee County Tax Collector for over 3 years. Before then, she has designed and facilitated women’s studies courses and has led adult retreats for over 22 years. Her knowledge of adult learning along with many years of experience has given her expertise in instructional design. With each course, she meets students’ needs by balancing content with engaging activities that truly work.
Erin Burnheimer is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a demonstrated history of working in talent development, training, employee relations, coaching, gaming, and sales management. She has a passion for people and to drive results. She has managed and utilized online training platforms for compliance and staff development for over 10 years. Erin has been able to lead her team through leadership growth and audits by maintaining a healthy balance of blended learning.
