Come participate in a demonstration of an easy, practical, and highly effective method for facilitating focus groups called “Snow Card”! Using the focus question “What are the critical talent development needs of your employees?” participants will experience each phase of a structured and engaging process.  You will see how this process produces valuable input for unlimited purposes such as needs assessments, problem solving, and policy development. A concurrent benefit is that the process builds relationships and commitment among participants.

You will leave with solid ideas for your own organization and with a new tool to help you in solving difficult problems!

This session is intended for anyone who designs or conducts or wants to learn about designing engaging and meaningful interactions.

Participants will:

1.  Learn and experience each phase of a structured and engaging focus group process (“Snow Card”);

2.  Consider appropriate applications of the process for various talent development purposes;

3.  Determine the right types of focus questions to optimize results.
