Design for Culture

A great deal of our work, by necessity, is reactionary versus visionary.  We strive to realign people, processes, and resources to improve leadership and organizational effectiveness.

But what would happen if we could start from scratch?

What if we could construct an organization from the ground up, incorporating best practices in Integrated Talent Management, Change Management, and Leadership Development before the doors even opened?  Would it make a difference? If so, how?

Lee Health Coconut Point was able to do just that - start from scratch! Join us at our October Session to find out how they are quickly becoming a success story for the Health System and our Southwest Florida Community.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how Lee Health used geographic expansion as an opportunity to shift and shape its culture to create a world-class medical campus focused on exceptional customer experience, quality, and safety.

Participants will also have an opportunity to tour the 30-acre medical campus, which includes 24/7 emergency services, a surgery center, a state of the art rehabilitation department, ancillary services and a healthy life center.

Vicki Lowden brings a well-rounded business perspective  and the ability to apply talent development practices-  gathered from a twenty-year career with renowned multinationals like Dell, AIG, and Assurant - to improve organizational performance and leadership effectiveness.  She's proud to be an ATD Power Member and a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance.
