Join ASTD of Southwest Florida on Wednesday, January 15th at Keiser University for a unique program that will start promptly at 11:30 a.m.
The focus of this meeting is Generational Diversity. One of the biggest challenges that companies face today is to manage age diversity in their workforce. It is important to understand that age diversity is a good and helpful thing. Employees of diverse ages tend to act differently in the work environment, thus a working strategy is required to address these differences in order to build effective teams.
What you will learn in this meeting:

Nicole King is a result-driven management professional who currently serves as the Hotel & Resort Operations Program Director for Keiser University. She is highly committed to developing professionals through education in addition to creating relevant relationships and partnerships throughout Florida. Nicole is on the Board of Directors for the Crescent Foundation, Inc., and holds several leadership positions within various professional organizations throughout the state of Florida. She has facilitated career workshops in partnership with the NFL Alumni in support of its theme, “Life after Football.” Prior to making the transition into academia Nicole managed her event management company, King of Events, LLC. Nicole earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida A & M University, a M.B.A. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Strayer University, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Organizational Management from Capella University. As she continues to be a leader for the community she continues to educate individuals through seminar presentations, adjunct teaching, and research publications.
