Join ASTD of Southwest Florida on Wednesday, January 15th at Keiser University for a unique program that will start promptly at 11:30 a.m.
The focus of this meeting is Generational Diversity. One of the biggest challenges that companies face today is to manage age diversity in their workforce. It is important to understand that age diversity is a good and helpful thing. Employees of diverse ages tend to act differently in the work environment, thus a working strategy is required to address these differences in order to build effective teams.
