Jennifer Ciesinski, Director at Large

Jennifer is an experienced Organizational Development professional and Learning Development leader with proven success in the strategic execution of corporate-wide learning programs. Having spent nearly 20 years in the industry she has extensive background in the design, development, and implementation of a variety of programs including both technical and professional domains. Her passion is in team building and mentoring. She is a certified FanklinCovey Facilitator having delivered dozens of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Signature Edition and The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity work sessions. Jennifer has been an ATD National Member for over a decade and is excited to be involved with the local chapter this year!

Kathy Choquette, Treasurer
Kathy Choquette is a long time member of this ATD chapter.  When she first started, she became a VP-Membership which gave her the opportunity to meet new members and work towards increasing membership.  Kathy’s goal with the ATD finances is to ensure that the members will have funds to use for programs and events that will support its member’s needs. Christine Davlin, CHT, Director at Large
Christine Davlin is the Talent Development Director for Lee County Administration. Using talent-management and leadership development strategies to support succession planning, talent assessment, performance management, organizational wide learning and employee engagement. Her professional experience includes 7 years with the Visitor & Convention Bureau designing and delivering their Guests First customer service program, and 20 years in the luxury resort industry comprising operations, human resources, and training.  Send e-mail to Christine

Dulce Gonell, VP of Membership
Dulce Gonell is the founder of DG Hospitality Consultants. A customer service and sales training company that partners with its clients to develop training programs for their staff that will enhance customer service behaviors and impact revenues.  Before devoting her work to DG Hospitality, Dulce served as a Senior Training Account Manager for 14 years with Signature worldwide. Dulce has a BA in Hospitality/Tourism and she is fluent in reading and writing Spanish, and has an adult learning certification with the Association of Training and Development, (ATD) where she is currently a member of the Southwest Florida chapter. She has written articles for Training Magazine Inc. and several of her clients have held the number one ranking position within their Trip Advisor competitor set.

Lorna J. Kibbey, Immediate Past President
Lorna Kibbey designs and delivers management and leadership seminars and services to public and private sector organizations. Her seminars focus on the many issues surrounding leadership, motivation, communication, and workplace relationships. All are customized to fit specific needs of the organization. Lorna is also a key-note motivational speaker and has spoken at a large variety of conferences and meetings. She is licensed and certified in all DiSC products. Lorna has been an ATD Member for more than ten years and has served on the National level as well as on our local board in a variety of positions.

Vicki LowdenVicki Lowden, CPLP®, VP of Communications and Public Relations

Rebecca Ruding, President

Rebecca has 11 years of Talent Development experience. She is a Leadership Development Specialist for Lee Health. Her experiences there include: Onboarding, Competency Modeling, Leadership Assessments, Development Planning, Facilitation, Succession Planning, and Program Development. Vern Schellenger, Director at Large

Vern Schellenger is an accomplished HR/Learning & Development professional with a career spanning 40 years.  He has worked in organizations as diverse as Dunkin' Donuts, the American Chemistry Council, Lee Hecht Harrison, the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators and the American Bankers Association. Vern’s current focus is on career development and as principal consultant with Contacts Count (www.contactscount.com).  He is also an adjunct professor at FSW. Vern earned his Masters degree in Leadership and Organizational Change at George Washington University.  He is a long-standing member of ATD.  

These volunteers plan to engage our membership with informative, fun, and exciting programs.  Our focus will be to share industry knowledge that is leading edge.  Join us as we grow our member's skills and our membership as well.
