Christine Davlin, CHT, VP of Programs, Past-President
Christine Davlin is the Talent Development Director for Lee County Administration. Using talent-management and leadership development strategies to support succession planning, talent assessment, performance management, organizational wide learning and employee engagement. Her professional experience includes 7 years with the Visitor & Convention Bureau designing and delivering their Guests First customer service program, and 20 years in the luxury resort industry comprising operations, human resources, and training. Teresa Hiatt is retired from Ricoh Americas Corporation where she served for more than 10 years as the Director of Sales Education, directing sales training teams and conducting research into sales productivity for a Global 500 technology manufacturer. Hiatt is a past ATD ALC speaker and has served on Industry Panel discussions at national conferences with Gartner Research Group and CompTIA. She has delivered breakout sessions on sales training at the InfoTrends Office Document Technology Forum, SMT Sales Training conferences, and the Business Technology Association Channel Partner conferences. She has had numerous articles accepted in several industry magazines on the subject of sales and marketing training. Lorna J. Kibbey, President
Lorna Kibbey designs and delivers management and leadership seminars and services to public and private sector organizations. Her seminars focus on the many issues surrounding leadership, motivation, communication, and workplace relationships. All are customized to fit specific needs of the organization. Lorna is also a key-note motivational speaker and has spoken at a large variety of conferences and meetings. She is licensed and certified in all DiSC products. Liz Linares, Secretary
Liz Linares is currently the Training Coordinator for the Lee County Visitor and Convention Bureau. She has over 10 years of customer service experience in the hospitality industry and is both a national and local chapter member. She is pursuing her undergraduate degree in Organizational Psychology with a minor study in Human Resource Management at Southern New Hampshire University.

Bill Moskal, Director at Large
Melissa Rizzuto is currently the Director of Professional Development and Training at Florida SouthWestern State College. She earned her B.A. degree in Telecommunications and Mass Media from Temple University, M.S. degree in Communications from Florida State University, and Ed.D. degree in Educational Technology from the University of Florida. Prior to moving to Florida, Melissa worked in the corporate training departments for Comcast Spotlight and Vanguard and then as an instructional designer for the School of Education at Drexel University. Vern Schellenger is an accomplished HR/Learning & Development professional with a career spanning 40 years. He has worked in organizations as diverse as Dunkin' Donuts, the American Chemistry Council, Lee Hecht Harrison, the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators and the American Bankers Association. Vern’s current focus is on career development and as principal consultant with Contacts Count (www.contactscount.com). He is also an adjunct professor at FSW. Vern earned his Masters degree in Leadership and Organizational Change at George Washington University. He is a long-standing member of ATD.
